After successfully completing the remediation at the former Sterling Cables site in Newbury, Cognition Land and Water Limited have been awarded the contract for the groundworks and concrete frame for the development.
After successfully completing the remediation at the former Sterling Cables site in Newbury, Cognition Land and Water Limited have been awarded the contract for the groundworks and concrete frame for the development.
The project comprises a semi-basement car park with 6 apartment blocks ranging from 3 to 8 stories. The works are programmed to commence March 2020 with a planned completion of April 2021. The redevelopment will provide 119 apartments, link road and highway improvements.
