 The proposed redevelopment of the 5.23 hectare vacant site includes the construction of a new primary school, sport pitches, roads, parking areas, soft landscaping and associated infrastructure. Cognition is providing all ground engineering, earthworks and remediation contracting services on the project including materials management, soil processing and cement stabilisation for piling platforms and road capping layers.
