  • Asbestos Removal at Former Brick Works

    Cognition carried out large-scale remediation of extensive asbestos contamination at a former clay pit and tile factory in Surrey. Asbestos contamination emanated from the old asbestos clad/roofed buildings, many of which had been demolished with debris buried on site. Cognition’s successful processing and removal of the asbestos has meant that the material is now suitable for re-use on site.

  • Dockland Remediation Works Underway

    Cognition has been contracted to develop a remediation strategy and carry out remediation work at the former London Docklands. Although common to many brownfield redevelopments, Cognition was tasked with designing a remediation strategy taking into account a number of site constraints relating to its proximity to a an adjacent tube line, health centre, school and local housing.
