At Cognition Land and Water, we have already achieved Net Zero Carbon ahead of programme. As the company grows, we will continue to focus on reducing our carbon production but until that time, part of our production is offset through various programmes.

The Institution of Environmental Sciences (IES) has created a special area on their website and in their monthly newsletter to profile members. This is a great way to promote the work of Chartered Environmentalists and members of the Institution. It also provides individuals with the opportunity to showcase their achievements to the environmental science sector and to promote their area of work. Profiles are used to demonstrate the breadth of jobs in the sector and inspire student and graduate members.

In 2020, Cognition adopted our Zero Carbon Policy with the aim of becoming Carbon Neutral by the end of 2021. We recently reported that, even at this early stage of the year, we have achieved that goal.

At Cognition, we pride ourselves on being an environmentally friendly and conscious company with a deep focus on the sustainability of our work. In 2020, Cognition adopted a Zero-Carbon policy with the aim of becoming Carbon Neutral by the end of 2021. We are pleased to announce that we have already achieved that goal, now, in May 2021. The strategies and programmes we have undertaken in the last year have allowed us to achieve our goal and also ensure this is consistently maintained going forward.
