Great news that Meridian Water has struck a deal to build film and tv studios at the site - and to be open in super-quick time in Spring 2021!
Cognition was proud to have played a part in the regeneration of the area through contamination remediation of the 8 hectare former gasworks at Willoughby Lane at Meridian Water. Congratulations to Enfield Council and the wider project team.

Cognition Land and Water has recently invested in drone (UAV - Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) technology to support us on site surveys and collecting powerful imagery for client presentation, community engagement, tendering and marketing purposes.

On 11 December 2020, our project team at Newbury Gas Works completed the final concrete pour for the groundworks and reinforced concrete frame contract. The concrete frame has been completed almost five months ahead of programme! This is a fantastic achievement for Cognition Land and Water and our Client, and has been a success through the professionalism and commitment of all those involved.
