Former Furniture Factory Site Kent
The scheme comprises the redevelopment of a former mixed use site in Kent. The project involves the demolition of the former furniture factory and its infrastructure, and the construction of a residential development including terraces of two and three storey houses with private domestic gardens and seven four storey blocks of flats.

Protected Sites

Former Hospital - Isle of Sheppey
The site was formerly occupied by Hospital buildings. The main buildings were Victorian in age, 2–3 storeys in height and occupied the centre of the site. There was also a mid 20th Century single storey building which occupied the northern part of the site.

Former Cement Works, Essex
The site has been developed since 1897 as part of the Grays Portland Cement Works. By 1920 further development had taken place including railway and tram lines crossing the site. The cement works remained in operation until 1976. After 1976 the site was used as a distribution depot until 1988. In 1978 and 1979 demolition of many of the existing structures associated with the cement works took place.

The petrol forecourt had been redundant for many years and the decision was taken to remove the fuel tanks and any resulting contamination.
