A development of 40 one and two bedroom apartments each benefiting from private parking in the village of Sawbridgeworth is the latest former petrol station remediation undertaken by Cognition on behalf of prestigious developer, Beverley Homes.
Cognition’s programme of works was carried out over a four month period. It involved the excavation, bioremediation, removal of underground tanks and water treatment of contaminated groundwater.
Dominic Jones, the Operations Director of Beverley Homes said “we pay careful attention to any firm we appoint to carry out works for our residential developments. We set high standards ourselves and demand the same from our contractors. Cognition proved the right choice from a competitive tender list”
